Black Therapy 101

Join us for an enlightening panel discussion featuring 5 Black mental health professionals as they discuss the multiple pathways for healing available to Black folks in Pittsburgh including therapy and community based education and support programming like Artist Talk’s Therapeutic Spaces and Steel Smiling’s Beams to Bridges program. This event aims to promote mental health awareness, reduce stigma, and increase accessibility to mental health resources within our community by having a public discussion about the process of participating in therapy and mental health support programming.
