A Dose of healing

Presented by Artist Talk Mental Health

A Dose of Healing is a new community workshop series designed to help participants explore different pathways to wellness through hands-on, therapeutic experiences. Building on the foundation of Artist Talk’s mental health education programs like Black Therapy 101, this series moves beyond conversation, inviting participants to actively practice healing in real time.

Each session offers the chance to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and discover the tools, therapies, and creative practices that best support your personal well-being. From sound bowl healing and group therapy to creative journaling and art-making, each gathering introduces a new mix of practices that encourage exploration, reflection, and self-discovery.

You don’t have to be an artist to join this series just come with an open mind and a willingness to try something new. Every event is an opportunity to experience multiple forms of healing, connect with community, and walk away with practical tools for your mental and emotional wellness.
